Hello, I’m Jul Warren Garcia, a dedicated professional with foundation in Computer Science. Over the past 12 years, my journey has woven through the fields of technology and education. Initially, I honed my skills as a Web developer and software engineer, amassing 7 years of industry experience. Transitioning to education, I spent 5 years teaching in Senior High School, eventually earning my teaching License.
